Privileged Access to Highly Diversified Small Molecule Libraries
Conventional structurally diversified collection of a few hundred thousands small molecules with drug-likeness properties
DNA-encoded libraries contain millions of molecules carrying a DNA tag, which allows to identify the structure of hits. The library is screened using an affinity-based selection assay and the binders are identified through PCR amplification and sequencing of their attached DNA. The entire process requires very small quantities of reagents and resources as compared to traditional approaches.
